Energy is where a tile plant leaves its biggest mark — so we attack it first. We generate our own clean power from the sun and the wind, and we recover the heat our process would otherwise throw away.

0 less gas burnedWhat most plants discard, we send back into production. Three loops run continuously — water, material, and packaging — so very little ever leaves as waste.
Process water from glazing, cutting, and washdown is filtered and returned to production. The pressed sludge that remains is dried and fed back into the tile body.
Unfired scrap returns fully to the body mix. Fired offcuts are ground into grog and re-blended, and polishing dust is recovered rather than dumped.
Recycled-kraft cartons, returnable wooden pallets and corner guards, and recyclable film keep our packaging circulating instead of landfilling.
